Cooper S - BLUE “S” badge and grill insert, electric?

Followed by a black cooper S at weekend, 20 reg, but had blue S badge and stripe in grill. Not expert on mini and trim levels but was intrigued as S usually red? Have they brought out electric S? Quick google just brought up standard mini electric...
