Hi all,

I don’t see too much action on the ME forum, but I’ve recently relocated to Dubai and was wondering if anyone knew of anything that was happening over the summer? I know it’s the wrong time, especially with the heat, but I wouldn’t mind meeting a few local petrol heads but I’m struggling to find anything going at the moment. I checked the usual stuff, Flat 12, Dubai Drives etc.

I’m tempted to head up to Jebel Jais sometime soon, so if anyone fancies it let me know ... maybe we can get a few together.

its not the season that's the issue, its covid. there was some activity this last weekend but small/low key as DD etc. are still waiting on guidance how to proceed.

also try JACCK on FB, there is usually a friday morning coffee meet at cafe rider.

i don't think Jais is open yet btw.

When it gets a bit cooler I would definitely be up for jebel jais. Unfortunately the Aston is pretty useless in the summer.

I've recently received an invitation to ninth degree super car club, any fellow phers a member?

Also there's a track day at the autodrome for newbies on the 29th @ 18:30, it's the club circuit and looks good fun and still places left if anyone else is up for it.
