Exactly. If I get in at ten (although its usually later) I want of bit of time to myself before I go to sleep. Usually get to bed about 1.

Generally between 12:30am and 2am if I am working the next morning (usually getting up about 7.45 or 8). I'm permanently exhausted...
What he said - alarm goes off at 0600, but not normally up and about til 0700, then the 50+ miles to work. I'm so glad I have an understanding boss...! Having said that i'm never out of the office until 1830, and go to cadets twice a week as well, getting home between 2330 and 0000 - oh to have some time for me!
Last night - finished working at 3am, bed at 3:30am, alarm clock thrown against the wall at 5:45am, out the house for work at 6:30am.
Normally, bed between midnight and 1am, get up at 6am.
For some reason I always feel in need of a 'power nap' in the afternoon. Rarely get the chance though
