Right. Point of order. The last VW wasn't too bad. But other meets have been worse. What am I on about?

We're all really shit at parking.

Can we organise something for next time?

Thoughts?

Scruff,

Check out the first 2 VW meets. Parking was much better.

As for Chatsworth, I though it was excellent. Roows of TVR's.

I agree the last VW meet was a little 'here and there' for parking, but I think that was just a hiccup.

Cheers

Or was it a crap location? Let me know because I'd like to do another at some point.

Did a photo-op outside Worting House with all the cars. The line up started out brilliantly and then as more and more and more and more and more wonderful cars arrived it was one hell of a job just to cram 'em in!

Still.

Next time I'll get everyone to reverse park and point themselves at a tree/tower/building in the distance. That way all the noses of the cars seem to look right in a photo.

Hey. We're still learning at this kind of thing. .mark/Simont/whatever/me only started doing this sort of thing this last year....

That wasn't too bad all things considered. Impressed the Nova boyz anyway....

It was a great location! Tell you what though...I'd like to do one in the Country Park that's down your way sometime. They have BBQs etc and car clubs have been given access to the grounds in the past.

Next year sometime...

Hey. Did you know that Pie On The Beach got a mention in the Hampshire Regional Roundup in Sprint this month? Pistonheads is becoming a de-facto communications mechanism for the TVRCC it seems!

Isn't there somewhere in the New Forest with these bbq things? I think they're bookable too. I'll have a look, I think the berks tvrcc went there for something or other. Plus there's Beaulieu (sp?) nearby too.

I haven't noticed PotB in Sprint. I'll have to check it out later on
