Summer's here.

I went surfing this morning and it was roasting and people were swimming, when I returned later, I went in for a few more hours in shorts, the water was lovely, I had a cracking walk home, the birds have come out of the woodwork and life is truly beautiful.

Summer's here folks and I'm going to celebrate by sitting on the doorstep with my mate and a bottle of wine.

Just finished cleaning the house and doing the laundry.

Mrs Dibble's due back any moment with a sackfull of goodies for tea, and the Stella's already cold in the fridge.

The outdoor lights are wired up, we're ready to eat, drink and be merry. Ahh, the joy of having every other weekend off!

Summer ball tonight too so will have a few bevvies. So apologies to the residents of Reading tonight....

It's hideous. I've been sat inside all day with the aircon on full blast and it's still too sodding hot. Went out for 5 minutes to get some more fags which made me appreciate the aircon even more when I got back. I think I'm going to nuke the North Polar ice cap and see if I can get the Gulf Stream to switch.

Just nipped out for a quick pint after a hard days graft in the Showroom. Damn and blast, do you think I could find a pub within 50 miles of home.It was hell driving around with the top off!!!

The ladies have certainly come out today, no idea where they have been hiding for the rest of the year!

On the negative side, I have a white line across the bridge of my nose from my sunglasses.

hah I have white lines down the side of my face under my temples from the arms of my glasses which I wear all the time

Spent this morning sat in the nice cool NMR room, every time I walked out was treated to a blast of heat.

Everytime i drive it i get loads of from others and a few smiles from the ladies

I went to see Green Day, sat from 2pm til the sun went down about 9pm in MK Bowl seeing everyone getting redder and redder in the sun, havent these people heard of suncream?

Thanks for reminding me of that film, everytime I watch that film it makes me cold. I purchased it in the winter, it was cold out but the heating was on and I was fine, halfway through that film I had to go and put a jumper on.

In the absence on air con I think I will put that on now. In case you were wondering why on a nice day like this I would want to be stuck indoors it is because I have a bit of a cold and spent the last two days in bed.
