Optimum Engine Timing

Anyone know the optimum cam timing for the K-series running with BP270H's?
I know how to set the timing to standard factory spec, but I understand that it can be optimised by advancing 3 degrees.....

Any help gratefully appreciated!

use LATDC - there is no such thing as simply a fixed anvancement to gove a good result.

You'll need verniers and some decent measuring equipment.
