It's very quiet on here regarding Vipers. If you're on facebook ask the question on the UK Viper owners page, some very knowledgeable and helpful people on there who respond quickly

The VOA Part stands for "Viper Owners Association" But this is NOT the "official" VOA facebook page,

Its a private group of uk owners and friends and you have to be invited to join the group.

Going back to the Original question, Sorry I don't know anything about this car,
Reading the advert is a bit of a Joke, one thing I can say is if the car has an aftermarket alarm fitted, the best thing you can do is remove it! If the EEM (electronic entry module) has been damaged they are now almost impossible to find and it will be a major headache to resolve.
