Actually I still live in South Africa, I don't drink beer and was never pro-apartheid. In fact, quite the opposite. But I do understand where you're coming from - most of my countrymen are almost like chavs just perhaps not quite as bright...

Cool, we have a Richard Phillips in my department who is getting a lot of flak as well. Phoned some mates at Baker McKenzie today though who say this guy had already resigned when the incident happened, so it doesn't look like it should affect him much at all.

They've all had lectures about not sending emails outside the firm today. Ha ha.

Really? I was in Brussels today and didn't see anything on the blackberry from our very serious tall COO. I'll probably get lectured about using internet forums soon.

No, the chaps at BM were being lectured. The only emails we had were about the system being down all weekend again.
