Has anyone with a 420 SV, post 2019 got a picture of the radiator, or more importantly the oil cooler, in relation to the bottom chassis rail.
Just built my kit up and the nose cone doesn’t fit as the bottom of the oil cooler is approx 15mm lower than the dzus fastener brackets.
Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you look up the blog ‘Caterham 7 Diaries’.
A guy on the IOM who built his 420R a year or so ago, had similar issues. T took him quite some time to resolve by getting some special brackets made by CC to reuse the whole assembly, as I recall.
It was something to do with changes from the traditional set up to using the 420 racing radiator. That change was never explained by CC, it certainly didn’t seem to improve anything, but some suggested it was a stock shifting or rationalisation exercise.
Anyway, I’d find that blog, if I were you. The guy’s very committed to 7s and will help you sort things I’m sure. I just looked and he has several blog posts about his trials with the radiator!

ThNks for the reply, nothing to do with the brackets, CC have supplied the larger oil cooler for a 620, 7/8 row dependant how you count, where as a 420 oil cooler should be 5/6 rows. Getting a replacement next week.A guy on the IOM who built his 420R a year or so ago, had similar issues.
