I Vote for the Bush. Mine did that prior and after the rebuilt so not a diff problem. I always thought it was caused by slack in the drive shaft cv joints though....

I don't think there is one in a De-dion in the same way that there is in a live axle. There's a metalastic bush in the de-dion but it's not going to wear at the rate they do in a live axle and its not going to make the racket that the live axle ones do when they go because they are big rubber top hats. Road & Race Transmissions helped me with my diff, they are THE specialists.
