Had a C3 convertible stolen? Croydon area.

About 2 weeks ago, a red convertible C3 appeared on the road outside my house. 5 miles from Croydon, quite residential area.
It does not appear to be UK road legal & it seems to be untouched since it arrived.
Some of the dash trim looks like it's been ripped out.
It's not the sort of car that I'd expect any of my neighbours to have bought, and if they had they've all got driveways big enough to accommodate it. For obvious reasons I haven't knocked on any doors to ask if anyone owns it.
