Guys,

I have to make a decision on the stage 1 as the car (111R) is in for the 1st service this Thursday... Does it make enough difference, is it worthwhile? I'm not bothered about volume but would like the car to sound a little more er... like a sports car rather than a Toyota Corola!

Rob.

If you are not going to track it get the Stage 2.

If you are going to track it get the Stage 1 and a nice induction system

Stage 1 and Induction. I heard an Exige with Stage 2 & Pipercross Viper (?) and it was hell on wheels (basically bl--dy loud) even on tickover. Well funny but not sure I could live with that much SHOUTING

Sorry to slightly hijack the thread (BTW shot, YHM ) but which induction kit is generally considered the best for the 111r?

I have the stage1 'zorst, and I was thinking about filters, but I didn't think any of the usual suspects had been signed off by Lotus yet? I don't want to void my warranty

I have the Stage 2 without induction. It's fun for short bursts but gets very tiresome on motorway journeys.

As I'm going down to Le Mans this weekend, I'll be using earplugs for the journey because the noise is Motorhead loud.
