I woke up in a Holiday Inn Express, then went to see a customer in Essex and drove back to work from home for the afternoon.

You can remember the story vividly but couldnt rember at the time of buying that you didnt 'have room' to keep said car so sold it a few weeks later?

Odd

Found out you couldn't afford to run it and backed out of the PCP?

EDIT*** Sorry couldn't help myself, was hoping to click on thread and it was all about how it has been all over the place (with pics) and been the best car you have ever owned etc, mildly disappointed is an understatement lol.

So he flipped the car on for a £10k profit. 'It wouldn't fit my garage' being his cover story so people think he's a genuine enthusiast..... possibly!

My Bullitt is just the biggest fun toy I've ever had, incredible smile every time I get a chance to drive it. Had it 3 months now and just gone over a thousand miles, having to drive to work just to get some milage in with the Corona lock down, I do have a free company car with fuel card but Bullitt smiles are amazing. The exhaust... Man...🥰

@V800GUS......me too. I picked mines up much sooner than I had ever anticipated the week before Christmas ‘19. Weather over the Winter period up here in Scotland has been total pants and now that we’re in lockdown ....driving the Cooper S to and from work so I’ve “only” put 500 miles on the big fella but for me everyone has been an absolute pleasure !! Each time I drive it I don’t think I’ve ever had the stereo on as there’s much sweeter “music” to listen to !!
Funnily enough on garage space ..... mines has made it Length wise with about three feet spare..... it does cause an issue for the Missus when opening the door of the freezer or the tumble drier.... but I’ll get round to extendIng the length of the garage as soon as I’m able lol 😆
The Bullitt isn’t going anywhere for a long long time ...

I have these on my mind ATM, what are they like to live with? How bad is the fuel consumption? Is the B&O up to much?

BTW, I won’t be garaging it smile

Low 30s on the motorway, very low 20s to high teens around town if you're gentle.

For £10k, I'd suddenly "not have the space" either. hehe

Hmm if only there was some way of checking dimensions before committing many thousands of pounds.
