Jack Smiths in Swansea... took my MX5 to him all the way from St Albans a few years ago... renowned in MX5 circles as the go to guy.

Takes him about 3-4 hours, so it's a good excuse for a cooked breakfast and walk along the beach.

I got my roof done by Jack 2 years ago.
Half the cost, at least as good quality as anywhere else, on a car where the roof should be down anyway.
Double check your elastics are tight still between the lateral metal roof frame 'beams'...he'll fit them whilst he's at it for nothing.
maybe take some sealant as he'll sort out the window seals too...

The only issue I had was that when he changed the roof elastics, when he popped the rivets, the 'head' stayed inside the metal tubes and I can hear them slide about, when turning from side to side...

A no brainer to use him though....
