However, even if the picture is old, the news isn't. The M11 is closed due to debris on the road from a hangar roof that was damaged a few hours ago. It was read out in a traffic report on Radio 2 about twenty minutes ago.

Looks like the main airspace hanger by the car park . You can see the sign for the roundabout in the image.
