Hi all!
Its now less than a month till my first race in the 2005 Junior Ginetta Championship :driving: A photo of the car can be seen on my profile :cloud9:
My first race will be held at Croix en Ternios in France.
I was wondering if anybody has driven there before and got any advice for me?

Cheers

Nice little circuit, but was very very hot (95C+) when I raced there. It is quite narrow and abit like a cross between Lydden and Brands indy.It is a real brake killer as there is a long straight with a very tight hairpin at the end. I should take spare fluid and check your brakes are well cooled and the fluid hasn't boiled, I remember for last halve of the race pumping the brakes every lap to get some pressure back and at least get one good brake!!!! This was in a Scimitar GTE!!! so not the lightest of cars.

I've only driven it once, and only got to fourth gear once on each lap. It's quite fun and very tight. There is a website with a video of the track which is: www.jimbocam.com/index-laps.html

It was wet for one of the races I did that weekend, and I can assure you that you need a good wet set up to go quickly here if it rains!
