Just thinking about going along to have a look at what can be done to various Loti, but not sure if it will be worth the 83 qiud to spectate.

Anybody on here going?
Anybody been before? what kind of day is it?

TIA

Dave (used to be ninja till I got bored of people asking about bikes )

Just taken onfo from...
www.pistonheads.com/lotus/default.asp?storyId=10889

I could go for £55, plus the membership fee, how could I get in for less.

I think you'll find that is the entry fee for the competition. Some venues can be awkward for spectators, not sure about North Weald though.

Spectating is free I think - contact NickB on the SELOC boards for info. I was chatting to him about this the other day when he took me out for a rag in his Sport 160S

Might have to get into sprints at some point - they look a right laugh!

I will have a word with the guys over at SELOC then, if anybody thinks it will be worth going?? - It'll be a real pian for me to get there from the other side of the country after a going to a gig on Saturday night, but if anybody thinks it'll be a good event, then I'll make the effort... This is the main reason I asked here; if I asked on SELOC, I would expect everybody would say it's a fantastic day and make sure you come along.

One of the reasons I'm getting an Elise is to get something that holds up on the track better than the FTO, and to get something I could have a bash at sprinting in Maybe we should ask to have a PH sprint?

There are sprints all over the country on any given weekend and most will have Elises competing in them. e.g. the weekends either side of the SELOC one I'm running at Goodwood and Lydden.

If it's going to be a pain, I'd find one more local.
