Ebay need to start by making every new registrant give full credit card details - unbelievably they don't at the moment.

You only need to prove your ID if you register with Hotmail or Yahoo type email address.

So all that's needed is to register with a corporate or domestic type email addy and you can buy and sell as much as you like, without ever proving who you are.
