Reflex Charcoal
Discussion
What exactly is reflex charcoal, as far as composition? I'm not really familiar with paint, but is it a black with loads of green flake in it, similar to BMW's carbon black? Or is it a horrifically expensive chromaflair paint as on the Mystichrome Cobras, as such:

Hmm, that probably means a few pints of it are going to cost an arm and a leg. Damn.
Shhh. I've got a front end respray coming up soon![]()
500 quid a litre (or so I've heard)
Deejay - is your's badly stone chipped? Our has only done 3000 miles and it is getting really bad.

We had to have a front end respray at 6 months/2500 miles! It seems to be very soft. Had an anti stone chip additive applied at the factory when the front end was done, has done much better since.

Not really to be honest (I'm just a picky b*gger and there are some scratches in the paint from a cat that went climbing).
Mine has already been resprayed once it is life though.
I reckon mine has done about 3k miles (8.5k total) now and I'm seriously tempted to have some paint protection fitted when it has it's respray.
Don't the Sagarii come with Armorfend (sp) as standard anyway?
My Tuscan is Reflex Charcoal, covered in stone chips, little scratches and one very nasty scratch on the wing. Still looks stuning after a coat of soap and water and a little polish
£500 a litre was what I was quoted. I am now waiting for someone with an insurance policy to scratch it somewhere else !

Love the colour myself
, it doesn't always come out in photo's but there's a Tuscan in the classifieds at present that shows it off nicely IMHO.
Sometimes its black
Sometimes its green
Other times its purple
I must say that advert really does the colour justice

Harry, thinking of changing to a Tuscan?? It's a great colour & Racing Green had a demonstrator in Reflex Charcoal about 2 mths ago, so they might still have it.
Hope to catch up with you next week at Le Mans, if I don't get to Hen & Chick on Thursday.....hope the car is better soon.
