Anyone else watching the live streams over the next few days? Burnley v Man City and Palace v B’mth on tonight. Picture quality is pretty poor, I’m on 40mb fibre! It’s definitely not 1080p that’s for sure, somewhere between SD and 720 with a poor frame rate.

It’s the same for me and it drops to what looks like 240p at times. Suppose it’s new to them but still with all of Amazon’s money I’d have expected better tbh. Even the graphics look a bit cheap and illegal streaming.

I’ve actually had better quality illegal streams of games recently, to be honest the only thing going for it so far is you can choose whoever you want to see, so it’s the mighty AFCB tonight and Banter FC Thursday.

I've had this fuss before with Prime, if you're watching in a browser and it isn't in HD - click the cog icon at the top it will tell you why.

DRM needs to be enabled in your browser, everything needs to be HDCP compliant. Wasn't working for me just now as my monitor/cable are HDCP compliant but it wasn't showing up as such in the Nvidia console - it is after reboot - as for the browser, I use something else that's based on Firefox which it wasn't working in, so I'm using regular Firefox instead. Working perfectly now, liking the stats.

Not sure if there's anything in this, but you get the quality options when you play something non-live on Prime, may be worth playing something to make sure it is set to Best (6.84GB per hour)

I bought a Fire TV stick just to watch these series of games.

All set up but I can't watch any games. I have a 28MB connection but I got 5mins of Crystal Palace and then just a spinner - can't connect to Man City match at all.

Wasted 30 pounds there.

I’m not watching on a browser, I’m using a Firestick, the original small HD one.

People are saying it's about 90-120 seconds behind being actually live?

I miss the days of people cheering goals leaving others confused to what is coming. laugh

Picture is better on a 4k FireStick than on the TV app.

Despite being reasonably sharp (and rock solid with no flicker), it does look a bit washed out compared to the coverage I'm used to from Sky.
