Child seats and isofix front questions.

I’m after a new seat for our 2.6yr old.
Family car is isofix and he’d go in back.
My car is a 130i LE, and being 3dr I’d prefer him in front, and he’d love it too.
A belt fitment is doable too, but more faff to swap between cars.
It has front isofix and airbag deactivation, though this wasn’t standard in the 1er.
All the online fitment checkers say no go for front fitment of isofix.
They usually say belt fitment is fine with airbag off.
I’m assuming all these isofix seats are fine, assuming they fit and airbag is off, and basically all online checkers are assume standard option, so no isofix, hence a cross for front seat fitment?
I can’t find much info on these issues, so it seems if you want to fit isofix front seats it’s all up to the user to check it’s appropriate?

Maxi Cosi Kore Pro i-Size bought in late 2020.
I now have two, one for 6yr old, one for 3.5yr old (just moved up to this size)
They’re cheaper now than they were, yay deflation!
Both fit in rear of BMW F30 3 series nicely, or one in front of BMW 130i, or both in rear of 130i.
Oddly the 335Xd has no front isofix.
I was running the 130i with airbag off and the seat right back.
I now run with the seat right back and airbag on as he’s older/more robust now I think.
I’m still unsure what is best in this regard more due to the side airbags. The child seats already have side protection, especially for the head, so as long as they’re correctly adjusted I don’t think it actually makes any difference wrt side airbags.
Both kids seem to find them comfortable.
They’re really easy to remove/refit, and work nicely in front seats and more bucketed rear seats.
I’m not sure they’ll be great towards the end of their usage range. A pure booster seems like it’d be better for the last 2-3 years but they seem to want to keep kids in some kind of cocoon to age 18 these days.
I’ve not had any other seats in this class to know what they’re like, but these work for our needs without any stand out problems/concerns.
