Well its never going to be ridden by anyone else, or anywhere else than GB team, on a track, designed to be as aero as possible. Looks some way down the order of interest...However, my initial impression is this doesn’t look very nice.

I listened to an episode ofthe Downtime podcast a while ago that was a long interview with one of the founders of Hope. His long term ambition was to build a new factory building in Yorkshire with a velodrome above it and run it as a community facility and make a real effort to get kids involved with the sport. So to see them doing stuff like this with British Cycling is actually pretty exciting.

Given that one of the rules for Olympic (and UCI?) track bikes is that all equipment must be available to buy - I'd be extremely surprised if they don't sell at least a few of these to collectors or racers who have the pockets.

Like half of Brad Wiggins hour record bike, good luck trying to buy some of the kit on that, regardless of how much money you have.

For sale from January on the hope site, as with all bikes this Olympic rotation, they actually have to be sold and not a token gesture. 15k for the bike, 4k for the frame only (not including fork). German bike is already for sale I believe.
