Hi all

Picked up my S2 111S ('53 plate) a couple of weeks ago from dealer.

It had new pads and discs all round. The pads on it are the most dusty I have ever had on a car...however...they bloody work well!

I looked at the pads and they say "Pagid" on them. Then, dotted around different forums, I notice people 'upgrading' to Pagids!?! Is this right, or are they standard?! And how good are they?!
I hate dusty pads but if they're that significantly better than I will of course just have to clean the wheels more :)

Oh, and how much would a set of pads cost?!

Anyway - thanks for reading. Hope I haven't fired too many questions at people for a Friday morning!

pagids are generally acknowledged as the best pads. someone must have upgraded to them on your car.

they are very dusty but seems a fair trade off to me for superb performance. they aren't cheap.

well they were put on brand new by the dealer - brand new discs and pads all round, so I was very impressed! (Bell and Colvill if that makes any difference)
