Can someone look this performance exhaust

Hello, forgive my Grammar spell is bad.
Can someone adviser me about a performance silencer for my Fiat Punto 1.9JTD 188 2004, the car had a remap, K&N air filter, EGR blank, and performance CAT (help improve the flow than the OEM CAT which it have passed my MOT!) I want to gain few more bhp, The OEM silencer on Punto is far too quite I can't hear much when rev more than 3,000 rpm on eBay that I saw one that I am interest but a few question which I have never fit performance exhaust before so everything is new to me. see on https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/273447059931
The shape of this silencer look like a back pressure? (they said little back pressure is good for the engine but what do they mean?) I don't want too loud when drive at the normal speed is this the correct exhaust? my budget is £220 maximum.
