The last time we played both Sheffield clubs back to back was in 1963.

I remember going to Sheffield Unt when we played them in the early seventies , a bit weird they had one side of the ground as a cricket pitch, so only three parts to the ground , a line of ball boys along the length of the pitch to try and stop the ball going onto the cricket pitch, just a bit of mindless trivia, cant remember the result , it was on bonfire night ,and on the way back on the coach us fans shouting bommie , at the sight of a bonfire in the fields , plenty of them driver must have been well pissed off by the time we got back to Liverpool, long journey home great laugh in the care free days before the M62. Was lucky to see them in the Catterick era, dis pare with this lot sometimes, but we hope happy days are around the corner.
