Brake fluid included in 5yr service pack?

Afternoon,

Got a AUC 2016 M2 with a service pack until end of 2021. Sunday means service centres are closed so I'll ask here in case someone has a definitive answer.

The car has flashed up that it needs brake fluid changed.

Some websites suggest it's included in the service pack, but the BMW online booking service suggests an £89 cost. I'll clearly be phoning on Monday, but anyone got any suggestions?

On a 5 year pack the first brake fluid is included at 3 years - however, the second at 5 years is not.

So the theory would be that it should be gratis in this case, as the car is 3yrs old

Yes - definitely included at 3 years with this Service pack. The later 3 year/38k pack does not include this brake fluid change though bizarrely.

My 5 year service pack has been well worth it. I thought my next brake fluid service would fall just inside the 5yrs? My car was registered 28 November 2014 and I was thinking I could get the BF change done mid November. I bought the car at 2 years old so it saved me a couple of thousand pounds on servicing.

Turns out someone has already done a brake fluid service (less than 3yrs, less than 20k miles), so I'll be paying for this one unless BMW think otherwise (unlikely).
