B7 S4 dash air flow issues

Well my S4 is having some trouble with directing the air flow from the dash vents.

I have noticed that sometimes I am getting no airflow out of the centre dash vent, you can feel some air out of the windscreen vent but not much. I have tried manually changing the vent selected but not doing much.

Pressing the windscreen demist I get air up the screen but I need to stop the engine and restart to sort things out. I am suspecting the control servos are the problem but don"t know which one. Any suggestions appreciated.
