Brake Upgrades

Hi,
Has anyone here done a 'proper' brake upgrade on their Elise? I now have a 300bhp supercharged Honda engine, and the brakes are a big weak point on the car. I think it needs uprated calipers and master cylinder, but can't see too many off-the-shelf options for this. S1 Elise BTW.

Plans motorsport had a big brake kit I think. Lotus also have one IIRC. I think both lose the handbrake which is obviously illegal for road use.
Most don't think its worthwhile either. Are you experiencing excessive fade and are you running pagids , decent disks, braided hoses and newish fluid?
