I have just had my core plugs changed on my RR....I have been advised to run it for a while without antifreeze ,to help with bedding in.

How long/how many miles should I leave it?

Cheers

Never heard that before. Your aluminium engine needs anti-freeze in it to stop the block corroding (which would drastically reduce heat transfer). I'd put in some anti-freeze now. If you get a weep somewhere try using a tablet designed to seel minor leeks.
