Seagull carries away dog from garden

That's horrible, I can think of nothing worse that being woken by a dog licking my face or even licking it at any other time. Dogs lick their own arses in case anyone hasn't noticed
Also shouldn't be allowed in bedrooms.

d things. The dog was little bigger than a rat. So it’s quite plausible.
There is video of a black backed gull swallowing a young wild rabbit whole so sadly this is entirely possible with a tiny chihuahua though unusual. Let's just hope the gull dropped the dog and it is found soon.
When we first moved to Brixham, our cat at the time was a tiny thing, she was on a shed roof and we saw a seagull swoop down and make a grab for her. Freaked her out she'd only seen starlings and blackbirds up until then!
Great black back gulls are huge, about one and a half tines the size of a standard Herring gull
