Just in case you don't look at the Events section of the forum very often, we run some very friendly and informal breakfast meets for any Italian car of any age at The Departure Lounge Cafe in Alton, Hampshire.

The events are held four times a year, on the first Saturdays of April, June, August, and October.

It is an old fashioned 'turn up and chat' type gathering, with no need to book, and it is free.

We get a huge range of cars, from classics and supercars, through to modern road cars. All you need to attend is something Italian and a love of Italian cars.

Please do look at the events page, and we would be delighted to see you if you would like to attend.

Hi, next door to the Ducati dealer I use, as an italian bike rider that currently doesn't have an italian car but loves them, would I be welcome ?

You would be most welcome.

The next event is Saturday 3rd August.

After that the last one this year is the first Saturday in October.

Weather looks OK, so aiming to be there in the GTV6 (after a brief, operational hiccup, courtesy of a knackered rotor arm).

Yet another case of our legendarily reliable Italian cars being let down by sub-standard German componentry smile

Missed August but will try and make October - good cafe and some nice roads round there.
