2012 C7 A6 3.0tdi - footwell leak

Never had an issue with my A6 over the last 5 years however ....

I now am starting to have an issue with water in the drivers fiit well, I have had wheel arch line out cleared the drain hole under the suttle and it still leaks.

The dark mark on the side is where the water is comming in

Has anyone got any ideas ?
