MK1 Tuscan power steering failure

Car has been in storage for a fair while and had it recommissioned, when I got the car back the power steering was fine
However, took the car for an MOT few weeks ago and now the power steering is not working at all
I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of what this could be beyond the hydraulic fluid

Is the belt still there? Down the front drivers side of the engine, under the alternator. A really easy to accesss part that requires a sense of humour and the ability to bend fingers backwards.
If you have fluid it sounds like you don’t have a leak.
