When my eyes happened upon a "shapely delight" ahead of us today, my wife instinctively knew what "target" I had "locked" onto even though she was walking slightly to the side and behind me!!

I was called a "dirty old sod" to which I obviously replied innocently and with no sign of guilt - "what?!!" but she must be able to "scan" the directional angle of my eyes somehow!!:hehe:

Know what you mean. I was in my Griff the other day with the wife, when we pulled up at some traffic lights. The car that pulled up next to me was an MX5 with a pretty young thing at the wheel. She nodded and smiled at me sitting in the Tiv. I nodded and smiled back. The wife simply said: "remember, you're just a fat git in a nice car".

Can confirm the radar - was been driven past a pub (summers day) populated by totty enjoying the beer garden. I had shades on and didn't move my head.

Result....bruise on arm.

I tried to act like the innocent party but it was a fair cop....though the over-reaction was stored for future ref.

A fat git in a nice car with pulling power demonstrated.

If the wife is nice looking it says a lot about you

It's simple really. You know a fire is gonna be hot without sticking yer bum in it.

She knows that totty is gonna cause you to look.

(That's why, on the very very rare occasion that you haven't looked you still cop a wigging )

I hope this helps.

I've been wondering why I always got caught........ Now I know, innocent until proven guilty

Easy, she spotted the shapely figure as you did and had an educated guess that you were letching.

It's because they spot totty equally well (threat radar), then instantly lock onto you to see what you do.

It's when you stare at the pavement and still get a jealous tantrum that you want to worry.

Exactly - just as long as you don't get your purse/wallet out

IIRC, women have better peripheral vision, so can "check out any decent trouser" without turning their heads. Inevitably, we rotate our heads and drool. Bit of a give away. Learn to turn your head slightly away, whilst simulaneously rotating your eyeballs in the other direction.

I don't have any objection to just looking although I may say something to him if I catch him - only leg pulling though. Sometimes it can't be helped, it's just instinct. I find myself looking if it's a particularly good looking person, male or female. Doesn't mean I fancy women.
