With regard to the refund for faulty goods, I'm still waiting for their cheque over a month later. I actually paid for the goods over 2 months ago!
All e-mails are ignored and I'm forced with taking them to court as from Monday.
Trading standards have been very interested so it looks likely that B&Q may not have a very good record!
Has anyone else had a fight on their hands in getting a refund from them.
Generally, they are fine if you take goods back to the store but unfortunately that was not their procedure for a shed.
