Big fan of Frampton Comes Alive but UFO's Strangers In The Night has to be up there with the best.

A very subjective thread, however for Floyd fans, this is easily one of the greatest live sets.
Narrated by John Peal which helps, however to listen to how Fat Old Sun develops from short and simple to a 14 minute epic is amazing.
As is, in my opinion the versions of two of the band greatest tracks, Atom Hearth Mother and Echoes.
If you like Floyd, go find this and listen.
You could then find the 4 concert version which goes back to earlier stuff.
OP, you've answered your own question....UFO Strangers in the Night. Never found a better live album than this, I prefer the original version rather than the later expanded one but only because I grew up with that version.
If you like SITN it's worth seeking out UFO Live in Cleveland from the same 1978 tour, it's an overdub free version of SITN gives you an idea where the "tweaks" were made to SITN.
