Bilbo de zine?

Does anyone know anything about these? I'm aware MBenz now do new factory rhd Marco Polo vans and that they have done lhd ones for a while.
I've spotted an older rhd vehicle which apparently is one of the bilbos conversions.
Now are they just a rhd conversion or are they a complete job? I thought MB had bought Westphalia who do the Marco Polo vans yet the interior of this de zine looks identical to contemporaneous lhd Marco Polos.
So I'm slightly confused but I rather like the one for sale, a bit of a change from all the VWs.
