My Renault Clio V6 255
Discussion
Much like any petrol head I've ALWAYS wanted one of these.
I've recently been made redundant and with my pay off I thought I would get one (against my better judgement as I'm still unemployed a month on).
Started the search and after a few hours I'd agreed to head over to see this. Eventually left a deposit and a month and half later today came and I went over to Ambleside to collect it. I went home via Hartside to get acquainted with it and I'm pleased I did. It's a 3 owner (same fella last 13 years) and has 72K on the clock but you wouldn't think so - it's a real credit to its previous owner.

k me though, it's fantastic. I even got three separate 'thumbs ups' from drivers on the way home - it certainly was appreciated by others more than the Evora is.
Here are some pics... I'll get some better ones next week when I've had a chance to give it a proper wash and polish:
At Ambleside when I picked it up:

Hartside Cafe on the way home (it was awful seeing the once thriving cafe like this

It's thirsty when you put your foot down:

For those wanting to know, I cleaned it with the one bucket method with cheapo Carplan shampoo... dried it with a blade thingy and microfibre towel... polished it with Autoglym Super Resin Polish... then Autoglym HD wax... wheels were washed with Wonder Wheels, then used some cheap spray wax on the spokes and Meguiars tyre stuff on the tyres. Seats were cleaned with Poorboys carpet cleaner, as was the steering wheel. Everything else treated to a light interior shine spray. I'll apply some Gtechniq trim restorer when I can be arsed (tomorrow probably as I've a lot of time on my hands of late!)
