White Vixen/Tuscan V6 on A19

OK - I'm not usually one for the "spotteds", but this is only the second time that I've ever seen another one, and the first was at BNG.
Southbound on A19 yesterday, just North of the Stokesley turning at 4.30pm ish (I was going north) looked like an S3 or Tuscan V6 from the brief glimpse I got; anyone know whose it is?

I also saw that on Saturday just behind washington, may have been to the Hexham Horseless Open day.
I think it belongs to a regular member (Mike) of the NETVRCC. If it's the same car, it's actually a Vixen S4 with a modified Ford crossflow engine. It a very nicely presented car.
Mike also has a silver Tamora and is quite a useful driver too, as all the TVR club and Porsche Driver club found out when he won the recent Karting challenge at Teeside Autodrome.
