Audi A6 2.7 Tdi smoke problems

Audi A6 2.7 Tdi 2006 Quattro - 310,250 km.
1. Blue Smoke and smelly when the engine is warm and idling.
2. No Smoke during normal driving and acceleration
3. No Oil consumption! At 20,000 km + also no increase in the oil level.
4. Brand new Turbo installed. At 300,000 km.
5. No blow or suction pressure on the Oil filler cap! cap lies still on it.
6. When cold, no "smoke" starts up to operating temperature 90 °
7. Audi pulls and drives like a rocket!
8. Consumption 5.8 to 7.2 liters per 100 km.
9. EGR. Actuator valves work (stationary and when accelerating)
10. All filters in perfect condition.
11. Has no soot filter
