Asking for a mate of mine, who doesn't "do" computers.
He has a 1990 993 and the mechanical odometer has stopped working. There isn't a mechanical trip; thats digital.
He's looking for a suggestion or recommendation of where to take it to be fixed. Wants it all official and legit, with an invoice, for the vehicle history file.
He lives in Limoges, so any suggestions in the southern part of the country or even in France, if anyone has an idea.
Thanks.

1990 will make it a 964, thought I would mention it before one of the 'air cooled beards' does

Julian has lost his wing man apparently. He’s flat out, behind and has a long waiting list.

Good experience with Highlift. 5 mins from West Hampstead tube/train. Took a week, I think.

Mine stopped working last year and fixed it myself (new gear required from Odometergears.com)
They have some decent How-To guides on there, and a pretty easy fix. £40 and about an hour of my time (in two half hour chunks - one to remove and dismantle to identify exact part details, the other to reassemble once correct part arrived)
