um if you have the roof down and you wear your baseball cap the right way round, wouldnt the wind just remove the cap from your head? (and rightly so, some might say!)
Suppose it depends how much hair you have. Mine stays on.
Edited to say: the cap, that is...

OK time to own up a little, I did once - ONCE! - wear a baseball cap in the Chimaera, but had to remove it as once you get the other side of 125mph the peak begins to lift (I did consider fitting a splitter on the underside of the peak).
The thing I've always wanted to know is what is the benefit of the peak being at the back?
You can get caps that have little dangly clippy things on that you attach to your collar so that if the breeze gets a little too enthusiastic, you keep your hat. Nice!
Keeps your neck warm and dry??

Have to confess to owning a green S, having a baseball cap and living in the area. However I wasn't near Langstone harbour this morning and I don't wear the cap back to front.
How do you hear the phone ring on the move anyway , the cap is mainly to keep the sun out of your eyes as the little flap at the front isn't a sun visor its just somewhere convenient for TVR to stick the warning notices .
What must you think when its cold and the woolly hat comes out, I'll have to steer clear of Hayling for fear of ridicule .
Harry

No ridicule intended. Anyone who drives anything sensible is welcome on Hayling Harry, as Pie on the Beach will testify. Woolly hat or not you're welcome to come and ruffle the Vice Admirals feathers in your noisy horseless carriage.
