I have spoken to The Woodhouse and provisionally booked for around 30 cars and 50 people for the 10th July 12.30---1.00pm. We have been allocated something called the "Barn". I am being sent more details, menus etc, but looks like a goer. What I need now is definates, because they will require a £100 deposit when I confirm booking. I dont want to end up Billy No Mates and a very expensive lunch. So if you are genuinely coming let me know on here or through profile.

Just taken a look at their website and any ladies with a helicopter will be ok!

Use mere mortals with cars will have to settle for the car park.

Maybe I could park Griffy near the pad as he does fly occasionally.

Yes, I'll be there. Deposit no problem either.

I don't live far from Silverstone either, but IIRC, there's usually very little on the roads by that time of day. When leaving, some of the major A-roads get turned in to a 1-way system, but I can help with rat-runs if necessary

Hiya, and thanks for sticky, should make life easier.
When I confirm I will check to ensure deposit is returnable on the day. If so I will just pay it. If it isnt then we can sort something out. I want to keep it as simple as poss.
Its starting to look good with the definates so far.
I will do a list tomorrow to see where we stand.
