Not that the M3 needs another reason to become a glacial procession on a Monday morning, but apparently our imminent departure from the EU has prompted some sort of protest movement which thinks that it's a good idea to clog up a busy motorway when normal people are trying to get to work.

6.30am, from Junction 6, which is the Amazingstoke junction.

Good luck.

The action of selfish s. Inconveniencing people that have no way of influencing the government, and indiscriminate against both pro and opposed voters, and even non voters.

No sign if any go slow this morning. In fact, traffic was flowing better than normal at 8.36 when I travelled between 7 & 6. Office overlooks the motorway and it looks normal.

They couldn’t agree on which lanes needed closing, or which direction they should be heading in, why it would be a good idea in the first place, or what it could possibly achieve, so it’s been delayed by a couple of weeks.

Possibly because the drivers who did it over the weekend on other routes have been prosecuted.

The protest organisers contacted the police ahead of the weekend, police advised them on what they could do, the protesters ignored it and now they're being charged.
