Hi - new 996 c4s owner
Discussion
Hello to the Porsche forum area again.
After a few years over in the Aston camp I’ve come back to a lovely 996 C4S tip. I wasn’t keen on the tip but found this one with the rare F1 paddle option which makes it much nicer in manual mode. 41k miles and really well looked after.
All is good in the world, but need to upgrade the head unit - it has the Bose system but need to connect the iTunes . Any body done this, or with Apple car play unit ?
Will add some pictures when I can resize

Welcome & a great choice you've made with a C4s. I'm just about to fit a gizmo to my 996 to allow Bluetooth music streaming - it fits into the port on the back for the CD changer on my CDR22 head unit & will also allow hands-free apparently if you fit the mic provided. I've just checked & it's made by Yatour
Congratulations Wayne... it's a really great choice.
I've had two 996 C4S's, I sold the first one and missed it so much I went back and bought another. It is an absolutely fantastic car, a great package with a good balance of power and handling, and definitely a future classic.
Hope you enjoy it!
