Geneva motor show going downhill?

As I live quite close to Geneva Ive been to this every year for the past 5 years or so. Each year it seems to get a bit less impressive, with this year being the biggest decline - no stands from companies such as Ford, Opel, Volvo, Jaguar, Lotus and a few others.

I went with my family and we still had a good time, but just wondered if anyone else has the perception it's getting smaller?

Agreed. I've been for the last 4 years and it seemed quieter than usual. I was aware that Jaguar Land Rover were not there but was surprised at the lack of Ford and Volvo.
