Audi A4 (B8) Heated, Self Dimming mirror glass - where from

[Ray Singh]

The heating function of my Audi A4 mirror has stopped working. Audi have quoted me £305 for the part and fitting.

There must be places where i can buy the part for much less. Can anyone help me please?

Self dimming mirror is a dealer/TPS only part I’m pretty sure.

Used ones on ebay are around £80-£90, as above I don't think you can get copy parts for these.

As above, unfortunately. The dimming glasses are very expensive and lucking out on the correct part, in good condition used is the only other option.

Well, that or switch both to conventional glass instead.
