Kodiaq sportline vs used allroad

I intended changing my 2011 530d last year but never got around to it. I never considered the kodiaq but then saw one in the local Skoda showroom and thought it was a lovely motor. They are hard to get at the moment and goof deals are few and far between. I have also looked at the A6 allroad bi T 2014 which is in the 23k Mark.
Any advice or alternatives??
