Honda Accord Type-R tuning information

I am thinking of lowering the Accord's suspension to suit it more to track days. Does anyone know if this will destroy the handling and also how much it can be lowered by?

Also does anyone know if 4 -pot calipers will fit under the 17 inch wheels?

If not does anyone know any Honda tuners?
