Graphics on rally car

I'm wanting to play around with colours & graphics on my rally car, is there anything that's easy to use & ideally free to do that with? Thanks

Sounds as if you need an image editor.

If Windows Paint isn't comprehensive enough, GIMP is free and will do layers with varying transparancy.
Bit of a learning curve though.

Know any kids/adults good with Forza on the Xbox. some seriously talented designers of liveries on there, right down to the detail of road/race dirt on a le mans car. not much help, but maybe an avenue to explore as I dont imagine many know the prices charged by pro's.
